Pascale has a passion for leading individuals to use what is within themselves to show up as powerful communicators. She is gifted in identifying tools that bring out the strength of the voice and presence.

In addition, Pascale is dedicated to sharing her gifts in service of others. She serves as a Mentor in the StepUp Women’s Network, a non-profit organization empowering young women and girls and often speaks pro bono to help women to find power in their voices. Pascale is also very active in leading her church youth program where she has worked with hundreds of children.
